Mix in the breadcrumbs.
Form into 8 patties.
In a large skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 7 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed and mixed together.
Add the crab meat, celery, parsley, salt and pepper and mix gently. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
