Take one wonton wrapper and place 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center.
Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and pork mixture.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the dumplings.
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through.

Mix 2 lbs of ground pork with 1 cup of shiitake mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of ginger powder and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in a bowl.
Take one wonton wrapper and place 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center.
