These delicious Chinese dumplings are the perfect way to celebrate the New Year. The combination of pork, mushrooms and Chinese spices gives them a unique flavor that will be sure to impress your guests.
Mix pork, mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder and garlic powder in a bowl.
Take one wonton wrapper and place 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center.
Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and pork mixture.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the dumplings.
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through.
