Roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 12 inches by 24 inches.
Mix 4 medium apples, peeled and chopped, 1 cup of raisins, 1 cup of chopped walnuts and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon in a bowl.
Spread the mixture on the dough.
