Add tofu and tempeh and cook for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add 1 cup of chopped onion, 1 cup of chopped red bell pepper, 1 cup of chopped green bell pepper, and 1 cup of chopped carrots to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger to the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 1 cup of chopped mushrooms and 1 cup of chopped celery to the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 1 cup of cubed tofu and 1 cup of cubed tempeh to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds, 2 teaspoons of chili flakes, and 2 teaspoons of sugar to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
