Add tofu and tempeh and cook for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add 1 cup of chopped onion, 1 cup of chopped red bell pepper, 1 cup of chopped green bell pepper, and 1 cup of chopped carrots to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
