Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Remove the membrane from the back of each rack of ribs.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Rub this mixture all over the ribs, front and back.
Place the ribs in a roasting pan and pour the apple cider vinegar into the bottom of the pan.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 4 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Brush the BBQ sauce all over the ribs and grill for 5-10 minutes on each side.
