Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, combine peeled and sliced peaches, white sugar, all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Unroll one of the refrigerated pie crusts and place it in the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust, spreading it out evenly.
Dot the top of the peach mixture with butter.
Unroll the second refrigerated pie crust and place it over the top of the peach mixture.
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
