This scrumptious fish stew is made with Norwegian Salmon, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions. The stew is seasoned with a combination of herbs and spices, and simmered until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have blended together.
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
