Tabbouleh is a healthy, rich and super-green salad with pure Lebanese origins that's known for its spicy-tangy kick. In traditional Lebanese cuisine, Tabbouleh is usually served along with Mezza which is a host of appetizers and hors-d'oeuvres.
Place bulgur in a bowl, and cover with boiling water. Let stand 20 minutes or until bulgur is tender.
Drain and squeeze dry.
Combine bulgur, tomatoes, parsley, mint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Toss well to combine.
