Cut the lamb into cubes and place in a bowl.
Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and salt in a separate bowl.
Pour the marinade over the lamb and mix until all the cubes are well coated.
Cover the bowl and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
