Fry the mixture for a few minutes and then add the marinated fish.
Cook for 10 minutes and then add the coconut milk.
Simmer for 15 minutes and then add the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.

Marinate the fish with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon of ground coriander, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 2 tablespoons of garlic paste and 2 tablespoons of onion paste.

Cook for 10 minutes and then add 1 cup of coconut milk.
