This traditional Bangladeshi fish curry is a simple yet flavorful dish that is sure to please. The combination of spices and herbs gives this dish a unique flavor that can't be found anywhere else. The fish is cooked in a rich and creamy sauce that is sure to tantalize your taste buds.
Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ground coriander, turmeric powder, ground ginger, garlic paste and onion paste.
Fry the mixture for a few minutes and then add the marinated fish.
Cook for 10 minutes and then add the coconut milk.
Simmer for 15 minutes and then add the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
